Buying wines

I admit, I know very little about wine. I am totally guilty of buying wine based on the labels. Today at the store I bought a merlot by 3 Blind Moose. I don't know how it tastes, yet, but I like the label. I don't know why.... it just caught my attention.

There was another label that I saw and I almost bought it. I changed my mind, maybe another day. I tried to find a picture of that label but couldn't. It was called "Mad Housewife." :) Another one that made me smile was Fat Bastard, it had a cute little hippo on it.

I have a new goal the next time I go to the liquor store. (which is rare so I'm not sure when that will be!) I will search for an interesting or cute label on wine bottles and report back.
